On April 26, 2012, between 5:30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m., Paragon MLS experienced an intermittent interruption to its e-mail service, according to the Paragon tech team.
During this time some e-mails may not have been sent as expected.
According to the Paragon tech team:
- Manual e-mails may have failed intermittently during this time period.
- Auto-notifications were queued for delivery by the system and delivered once the issue had been resolved.
- As of 8:45 a.m., all e-mail service was restored and fully functioning.
