Login credentials: Case sensitivity update to Paragon login

Effective April 4, 2012:

If a username and/or password are stored in mixed case in the agent record in Paragon, users will be
required to enter their credentials exactly as stored to successfully log in to Paragon after an April 4, 2012 release (v.5.2.2)

Tool Tips and notifications of case sensitivity will display on the login page to notify all users of
this change.

Please note:

Those using Mozilla's Firefox browser (or any browser that has autocomplete/remember functionality for usernames and
passwords) MAY NOT automatically correct or retain the case sensitivity for your Paragon Login. You may
have to clear cache in order to resolve this.
