"On Sunday, April 8, 2012, due to a dramatic increase in the volume of sent emails and a previously undetected issue, emails from the Paragon system may not have been delivered beginning at approximately Noon on Sunday April 8. This issue continued until approximately 6 pm on Sunday April 8, 2012 and affected outgoing emails, both manual and automatic.
Unfortunately, correction of this issue necessitated the purging of some of the outgoing emails that were attempted during this period from the email server. LPS MLS Solutions apologizes for this unforeseen circumstance and for any inconvenience this will cause. It is recommended that agents review their saved searches and contacts and manually re-send any possibly affected emails.
