This page, tentatively addressed at, is a new help desk tracking system that the Northern Nevada Regional MLS is implementing that will enable us to more efficiently and more quickly troubleshoot technical issues with Paragon and other tools offered by the MLS. We at NNRMLS will bring you more details about this new digital help desk in the coming weeks. We are confident that our members will find that the new online help desk format will be a benefit, and we want to assure you that we always welcome you to contact our help desk staff via traditional methods; by phone and in person. Keep in mind the new electronic help desk is not competing with Paragon 5, but is there to help us support your use of it. You can stay updated with the "Announcements" section, get answers from the "User Support" and "Know Issues" forums, or learn about some trending topics in the "Tips & Tricks" section. The "Community Help" section if there for you, the member, to ask questions and the "Feature Requests" section is for you to share your suggestions with us.
